Travel along the M3, which is the main connecting road from Cape Town to Constantia.
Take Exit 15, M38, Kendal Road.
At the traffic light, turn left into Kendal Road.
After about 1.8 kilometres, at the traffic circle, take the first left into Boundary Road.
After about 0.8 kilometres and one stop-street, Constantiaberg Mediclinic is on your right as the road curves.
Enter and park. Ask directions at hospital reception to G16, Constantia Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.
Directions from Muizenberg
Travelling along the M3, take Exit 16, M39, Ladies Mile/Bergvliet.
At the T-junction, turn left and get into the right-hand lane.
Turn right onto M42 Wynberg and shortly after, right again into M38, Kendal Road.
