About us

Integrated physiotherapy care

Gray Physiotherapists offers physiotherapy in Constantia with a strong focus on personalised, evidence-based care. Our team works across both hospital and private practice settings. Starting at Mediclinic Constantiaberg, we guide patients through active rehabilitation and into full recovery in our Constantia rooms.

We treat a wide range of conditions, including orthopaedic injuries, sports-related conditions, vestibular dysfunction and chronic pain. Our approach combines manual therapy, patient education, exercise rehabilitation and clinical Pilates. Together, these methods help patients recover fully and build long-term resilience.

In addition, our physiotherapists work closely with referring medical doctors. When needed, they adjust treatment plans to align with each patient’s broader care. Because of this, patients receive co-ordinated care from hospital to private practice.

Our fees

In general, our fees vary according to the condition or treatment and follow the South African Society of Physiotherapy fee structure. We are also VAT registered.

Patients without medical aid can settle at each visit with cash, by electronic transfer or by credit card. However, we do not accept Diners Club cards.

If you belong to a medical aid, we can submit your account directly to your medical aid. You will also receive a copy of the statement for your records.
